It is easy, employers are looking for 3 main things:
a) Whether you have the aptitudes/skills for that job at the BASIC/low level at least (for example if it is a sales job – if you can convince somebody to buy your product)
b) Whether you will fit in the job (ig you go well with your bosses, co-workers etc).
c) Whther you will actually do the job or try to go aawy with doing less or not doing it.
It is as simple as this. The rest are technicalities.
